To a turn of the century
charmer, done for a song!
This was what was left of the
original 1950's kitchen
...here's a new, open, light filled kitchen
that is now the nerve center of the home
Dated windows, cut off from the kitchen and
no character, made this room dreary.
Opening up this room into the kitchen, new
windows, a knee wall to separate the two spaces
and lots of trim changed the whole look and feel
of this room.
Too much brick made this look dated
and dark
A fireplace make-over sets a focal point and
creates much needed balance.
